Worry-Free Advance Official Rules

In these “Official Rules”, the words “you” and “your” mean the party who obtained an advance. The words “we”, “us” and “our” mean National Cash Advance.

A “Worry Free Advance” allows us to waive any finance charges, fees, and/or interest on your current advance if you comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

  • The “Worry Free Advance” promotion is available for a limited time only. If you suffer an involuntary job loss while you have an advance out with us beginning on April 20th, 2009, or at anytime during the promotion period (to be determined by us in our sole discretion) (“Promotion Period”), then you may be eligible for the “Worry Free Advance” promotion.
  • Offer not available for online loans.
  • To qualify for a “Worry Free Advance,” you must show proof of involuntary job loss in the form of a letter or other acceptable documentation from your employer or a copy of your unemployment application.
  • Job loss must occur and you must give us notice of your job loss within the Promotion Period but before the due date of your current advance.
  • If you qualify for a Worry Free Advance, you will remain responsible for all principal amounts of your advance. All principal amounts must be repaid before we will waive any finance charges, fees, or interest.
  • If you qualify for a Worry Free Advance, and you are eligible for an extended payment plan, (“EPP”), you will have the option of entering into the EPP. If you fail to make any installment under the EPP, we will not waive any finance charges, fees, or interest, and the entire amount of the advance plus finance charges, fees, and/or interest will become due and owing at that time.
  • If you qualify for a Worry Free Advance, but an EPP is not offered in your state or you are not eligible for an EPP, then you may have an additional amount of time after your due date to pay off the principal amount of the advance, prior to us either depositing your check or initiating an electronic debit of your checking account, if applicable. The period of time in which your check will be held prior to deposit or the initiation of an electronic debit of your checking account, if applicable, will vary and will be governed by applicable state law or our company policy, where no state law applies.
  • The “Worry Free Advance” is a promotion. Neither these rules nor the Worry Free Advance promotion serve as an amendment to your written agreement with National Cash Advance (your “Agreement”). All terms and conditions of your Agreement, including, without limitation, the arbitration and class action waiver provisions thereof, shall remain binding upon you and us.
