To be eligible, you must:
- Notify us of your job loss during the period of your current advance.

Present proof of unemployment during the period of your current advance by providing one of these options:
- Copy of your application to the state unemployment office
- Letter or other document from your employer stating your job loss
- Be a customer in good standing and not currently in default or enrolled in an extended payment plan.
Once you let us know of your job loss, you can either pay the principal amount owed and we'll waive the fees, or if available in your state, we'll qualify you for an extended payment plan.
Your fees will be waived upon repayment in full of the principal amount loaned.
To re-apply later for another cash advance, you must provide proof of income.
